Fatpipe Networks™ Ranked Among Top 20 of Utah 100 Fastest Growing Companies

The Utah 100 is One of Several Awards Granted To FatPipe This Year

Salt Lake City, UT: October 30, 2003 - FatPipe Networks, the inventor of router clustering devices for reliable, redundant and fast Internet/WAN connections, today announced it was ranked 17th of MountainWest Venture Group's Utah 100 Fastest Growing Companies and was the first technology company listed among several that were recognized.

Titled "Navigating the Course of Success," the ninth annual Utah 100 Awards honored the top 100 companies of more than 11,000 applications from Utah based companies according to Todd Stevens, President of the 2003 Utah 100 Program. Companies were ranked based on sales growth over a five-year period from 1998-2002. MountainWest Venture Group reported that the average growth-rate of the top 100 fastest growing companies was 887 percent over the pasts five years.

FatPipe's high ranking in its first year of eligibility for the award was not a surprise to many who have followed FatPipe's success. "FatPipe is such a success story," commented Thomas R. Taylor, Chairman of the 2003 Program.

FatPipe has received several other awards and accolades in recent past including, Stoel Rives' Utah Innovation Award; Utah Business Magazine's Utah's Top High-Tech 20 Award chosen as one of Utah's top 20 high tech firms; and TechTarget's Networking Infrastructure Visionary Award via one of FatPipe's clients, SanDisk. Additionally, FatPipe products have received high recognition in recently published product reviews by major US technology magazines including InfoWorld and PC Magazine. Also, FatPipe's CTO, Sanchaita Datta, was named one of Utah's Top Female Innovators by Utah Business Magazine.
